Sons Of Satan

I Venom sono un gruppo metal estremo britannico che si ? formato nel 1979 a Newcastle upon Tyne. I primi due album Welcome to Hell (1981) e Black Metal (1982) sono considerati i progetti di maggiore influenza del trash metal e del metal estremo in generale, tanto che Black Metal diventa anche il nome usato per indicare il sottogenere del metal estremo. La formazione originale composta da Cronos, Mantas e Abaddon ha registrato successivamente due album in studio At War with Satan (1984), Possessed (1985) e un album live Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (1986). La band ? attualmente in attivit? ed ? ancora composta dal frontman/bassista originale Cronos. SONS OF SATAN ? una collezione che contiene i primi demo della band dal 1979 al 1983 e 15 tracce inedite dei loro anni di formazione.
